Ceredigion is situated on the West Coast in Cardigan Bay, with a population of around 76,000.  It is the home to the seaside town of Aberystwyth and has a coastline of award-winning beaches and crystal clear seas.  The area is known for its resident bottlenose dolphins.  The Dylan Thomas trail runs through parts of this county and attracts keen walkers and historians all year round, who wish to follow in the footsteps of the poet and learn of his life in Wales.  The county is home to two universities and so has a vibrant atmosphere to accommodate all the students that flock to the area year-on-year.
