Barbara has a number of signature recipes including the secret family recipe organic Jamaican Rum Cake, Island in the Sun; Mango, pineapple & coconut cake and 'The' best chocolate cake around. Barbara baked cakes with her mother (who in turn used to bake with her mum) as a child and now has many delicious recipes under her belt.
She sells at a farmers market every Saturday in London.
Their customers are international as well as locals who come every week for their “Bad Ass fix” they have been trading since last Feb.
